Established in the fall of 1997, the Saint Francis Xavier Enterprise Development Centre (XEDC) represents a partnership between the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and Saint Francis Xavier University. Located on the beautiful campus of Saint Francis Xavier University, our mandate is to promote new business start-up and to support small business development throughout northeastern Nova Scotia. A strong player in the StFX University Outreach Program, the XEDC team is a valuable resource for individuals considering starting a business; for existing small and medium-sized business owners interested in growth or facing challenges in their business; and not-for-profit community development organizations.
